Call for Participation: CRIC AI Showcase Webinar

The Canadian Research Insights Council (CRIC) is excited to announce the upcoming CRIC AI Showcase, a webinar series designed to spotlight cutting-edge AI tools and services within our industry. We invite CRIC agency and research technology member companies to participate in this initiative to present your AI solutions to a broader audience of potential end clients and agency partners.  Not a CRIC member, join CRIC today so that you can take advantage of this opportunity.

Why Participate?

• Increase Visibility: Showcase your innovative AI solutions to potential clients and partners within the research insights community.
• Drive Engagement: Provide a teaser that encourages one-on-one follow-ups and fosters new business relationships.
• Stay Ahead: Align your organization with the latest advancements in AI relevant to end clients and agencies.

Event Details

Date: January 29, 2025
Time: 12:00 PM – 1:10 PM EST

Format:

• Duration: 70 minutes
• Presentation Duration: Three to four presentations, each 15-20 minutes long
• Focus: Short, engaging overviews serving as teasers to spark interest in one-on-one detailed follow-up
• • Audience: The webinar will be promoted to both end clients and agencies interested in AI advancement
  • Language: This first CRIC AI Showcase webinar will be offered in English.   We would love to hear from members interested in presenting AI Solutions in French for a future event.
  • Cost: Participation is free for all CRIC members.  Non-members are encouraged to join CRIC to participate.

Submission Guidelines

Submission Deadline: December 16, 2025

Requirements:

1. 1. AI Solutions Description (100-300 words):
      • Describe your AI solutions and the practical applications you will share during the webinar
      • Explain why these solutions are valuable to insight professionals
      • Please include the names and titles of the presenter(s)
      • Indicate if you are available to present for the first AI Showcase on January 29 or if you would prefer a future date.
   2. Target Audience:
      • Indicate whether your solutions target end clients, agencies, or both

Eligibility and Selection

This opportunity is exclusively for CRIC members

Selection Process:

• • Inclusivity: All members who submit a proposal meeting the requirements will be offered the opportunity to present at a webinar.
  • Scheduling:
    • Preference for the first webinar will be given to earlier submissions due to limited slots, so please
    • Companies not accommodated in January will be scheduled for future webinars

Goals of the CRIC AI Showcase

• Connect Innovators: Bridge the gap between AI solution providers, end clients, and agencies
• Promote Knowledge Sharing: Foster an environment where innovative AI solutions are shared and discussed
• Enhance Industry Awareness: Keep the research insights community informed about the latest AI advancements relevant to their work
