Toronto, ON – June 30, 2025 – CAIP Canada, the national certifying body for insights professionals, is proud to announce the launch of its Ethics Online Course, reinforcing its commitment to ethical excellence and public trust.
The course is now a required annual component for all certified professionals. It includes a brief quiz to ensure comprehension and retention of key ethical principles.
“Ethics are not just a requirement—they are it is the cornerstone of trust in our profession,” said Jordan Levitin, Vice Chairman of the CAIP Canada Board of Directors and lead developer of the new course. “The Ethics course reflects the evolving challenges our professionals face and reinforces our shared responsibility to uphold the highest standards in research and analytics.”
The course reflects recent developments in data privacy, responsible AI use, and transparency in research practices—topics that are increasingly vital to Canadians and the organizations that serve them.

The course is available now on the CAIP Canada website under the menu item “Learning +”. CAIPs are encouraged to complete it promptly to maintain their certification status. It is also publicly accessible. “The Ethics course is an initiative to ensure the highest level of awareness of our industry ethics. Every practitioner has to have access to this information, whether they are a CAIP, or work for a CRIC firm or not,” says Levitin.
