Residential Customer Satisfaction Continues to Improve Year-Over-Year
CEA (Canadian Electricity Association) conducts an annual national survey to take the pulse of key views on the part of electricity consumers. In the 2019 survey, two-thirds expressed general satisfaction with their electricity company, an 11-point increase over the past five years. Customers were three times more likely to say their experience with their electricity utility (in comparison to their experience with other service providers) was better than they were to say it was worse.
And while innovation was important to customers, the outcome they most wanted to see is financial savings.
