Alice Hoe, PhD., is a key player on the Data Development team at Environics Analytics, where she played a lead role in developing the NewtoCanada product. Prior to joining EA, Alice worked at several post-secondary education institutions, leveraging student data to improve student experience and success. Alice earned her PhD in Sociology from the University of Toronto and has over 10 years of experience as a quantitative researcher. Today, she is recognized as an expert in using data analytics to inform decision-making.
