Building on decades of experience in client-side market research, both qualitative and quantitative, he has transitioned into the fields of analytics and data management. He developed the Government of Canada’s first integrated data and information management strategy, demonstrating his ability to focus on data quality, align business processes, and build a skilled workforce—capabilities directly applicable to CAIP Canada. Dave’s skills in program evaluation and investment planning are invaluable for strategic planning and assessing the effectiveness of CAIP Canada’s programs and services.
