Tawnya began her career over 20 years ago in Toronto before moving to Edmonton. She is extremely curious by nature and enjoys helping ATB by recommending the best business decisions to solve customers’ needs or pain points.  She loves working for ATB and leads what she calls “the best in-house research team in Canada”.  She currently leads a team of (UX & CX) researchers, data scientists, and ATB’s voice of the customer & employee programs. She is passionate about building her team’s research skills and ensuring the proper training, courses and designations are completed. She was previously a national board member for the research industry and is a member of the User Experience Professionals Association (UXPA). When not leading her team, she can be found riding her motorcycles.
